We, the SBDM members and staff of Whitley City Elementary School, believe that ALL students can learn at their own rate through successful learning experiences. We will work together with parents and the community members to provide a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment that is conducive to learning. Our students will work together to fulfill their potential.
